Worthy BeCause was founded by mental health professionals who recognized a critical gap in the recovery process: individuals completing inpatient treatment often face financial barriers that hinder their transition to lower levels of care, such as Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). These barriers—often related to transportation, housing, or basic needs—can significantly impact long-term recovery outcomes. In response, Worthy BeCause provides affordable individual counseling services and trauma-informed care workshops for businesses and organizations.

25% of the organization’s profits are reinvested to help eligible individuals overcome these financial obstacles and continue their journey toward wellness.
